About Us

The Development and Outreach team was established to ensure that more people within South Ayrshire experiencing poor mental health can easily access our services.

Our team consists of 3 practitioners who deliver ‘Living Life to the Full’, Stress Management courses and Mental Wellbeing workshops, as well as providing peer-support group facilitation training.

Activities Supported by Us

Below is a list of just some of the activities currently supported by us:

  • Anxiety Café – weekly peer-support group for people experiencing or affected by anxiety.
  • The Way Forward – fortnightly peer-support group for people experiencing depression.
  • Social Connexions – programme supporting people aged 55 and over who are feeling lonely to start participating in activities in their local area.
  • Bipolar Scotland Support (Ayrshire) Group
  • Anxiety Peer-Support Group (Maybole)
  • Maybole Recovery Drop-in
  • Girvan Recovery Drop-in
