The Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 18th November 2010.

It was agreed at the meeting to continue with Galbraith Pritchards, Chartered Accounts.

Two directors stood down by rotation as required and there were two new nominees for directorships. It was clear from the returned ballot papers that there was a significant majority in favour of accepting all four candidates. Lesley proposed and Eleanor seconded this motion. The re-elected directors and the new directors were welcomed to the Board.

The date of the next Annual General Meeting will be Thursday 17th November 2011.
